We have just returned from a very enjoyable short trip to Munnar and Allepey, which you were kind enough to organise for us. I'd like to express our thanks for all of the arrangements, which worked extremely well. Our driver - Jisim - was fantastic - a careful driver who transported us smoothly around our tour and made sure that we were given plenty of opportunities to see and experience the hills.
I have been very impressed with the way in which the tour was put together and would like to thank you for all your efforts in this regard.

Request you to keep some immediate first aids in the cars for sudden illness of driver or passengers
Jeevanji is a very nice person, the meeting was small but it shows his character of a gentlement and helpful man.
Rajesh has driven our car for a very small time, but was very helpful to show us Fort Cochi places and helped us in getting great shopping deals.
Sreejith, you have been extremely prompt and professional, Thanks for planning such a great trip for us, happy to take my parents to such a nice place full with very down to earth human beings. Loved every bit of the tour, and the credit goes to all of you.
A very special thanks to you and Nandanji, can't forget what he did all through!
I think this is my responsibility to mention about the hotels and the services. The resorts were excellent and the locations were really amazing, especially Bracknell and the entry to Kondai Lip.
All were very good places to stay. Bracknell and Kondai Lip services were excellent, very caring stuff and high class service and food at remote places. However, I think the room service of Tree Top can be improved to some extent.
The houseboat experience was one of a kind. The crew members were persons to remember. A personal touch was there in their every action. Please do convey personal thanks to each of your team members including them.
Overall it was a great trip and will carry the memories forever with us
Will not forget to recommend The Travel Planners to our friends and relatives

This is Janet Klein and John Klein who just arrived back in Canada after touring with your company. I had forgotten to complete the Tour report and when Kiran asked for it - I promised to email the information. Our trip was from May 2, 2010 onwards.
Here goes.........
Janet Klein, 10 Greenwood Court, Dundas, Ontario Canada.
Rate of the tour - Very good.
Rate the driver - Excellent. Kiran is a charming, professional and lovely man. he made our trip even better with his great driving skills, good general knowledge, friendly manner and lovely sense of humour. We felt like we had made a new friend. We recommend him highly.
Refer to friends - Yes, very much so.
Hotels - all excellent. The Zuri in Kumarakom was absolutely outstanding. probably the best hotel we have ever been in. It was like paradise.
The Ambady Estates was also a wonderful experience. I loved our chalet and the hosts were wonderful people with amazing food and so friendly. It was also a highlight of our tour.
The Cardamom County was very nice but our room took 96 steps to reach and I would suggest that when you have older guests you state the preference for a ground floor room.
The Houseboat tour was perfect. Our boat was excellent and the crew charming. The food was fantastic and even better than we expected. I suggest that people bring ear plugs as the air conditioner is extremely loud and prevents sleep.
The Zuri in Goa was also excellent.
The Transit in Mumbai was OK but not excellent. It is an old hotel in a run down area and the room was very spartan. The staff however was friendly and efficient and the food acceptable.
I recommend that you enquire if clients request a non smoking room and be sure to note this fact when you book the hotels. Some of our hotel rooms had to be changed because people had smoked in them and the smell had lingered. this causes some delays with check in.
The airport pick ups were all good and efficient.
The tour guides were all fine.
Please extend our greetings to our driver Kiran and tell him we appreciated his wonderful service.

My husband and I had a tour of 15 days in south India with the Travel Planners.
We received an excellent service from the planning stage to the execution of the trip. Anish replied immediately to my letters and provided full information and patient answers to my querries. He planned an interesting and reasonable itinerary as to the length of driving each day, the sightseeing and the choice of hotels. He was flexible in adjusting the plan to changes I made, and advised me on internal flights. Everything he was responsible for went smoothly according to plan. The hotels were good to excellent, according to our expectations. The car was comfortable, with A/C and cushions. Ajay, The driver, apart from being an excellent and safe driver, was always punctual, very pleasant, communicative, knowledgeable, eager to help, took effort and made good suggestions to improve our experience. I will definitely recommend the travel planners to my friends, and having enjoyed our trip to India so much, hope we'll do it again with the same company. |

said I would provide some feedback on our recent holiday so here it
is.
Personal service was excellant, all organisational and driver services
were excellant. The hotels generally were good, particularly the Travancore
Heritage. We especially liked the slow pace of the holiday, after
4 hours in a car it was very nice to have an afternoon at leisure.So,
overrall, very good and particular thanks to our driver for getting
us around safely. We shall certainly recommend your services and the
desitination to our friends.....

are back in Sweden after two fantastic weeks in Kerala.

think that everyting worked perfectly with all the arragements,
hotels, the houseboat, the different trips to Periyar, Trivandrum
and
Kanyakumari and we just want you to know that we are very very happy
with our stay in Kerala.
When
we got back to Sweden the temperature was 10°C and we have still

lot of snow. But spring will soon be here.
